In Case of DOA (Dead Of Arrival) in packing bags you have to share images & videos on our WhatsApp no. from your registered mobile number within 1 hour then only you can raise for refund. Refund can not be approved once has been removed from packing bags. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges will not be included in refund. REFUNDS (if applicable)

Before proceeding for refund, customer will have to share the unboxing video and images on our WhatsApp no. as mention on website from your registered mobile number (It could be done using chatbot present on our website as well). Once your issue inspected, we will send message to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
